The guys and girls at Slingshot have done it again. The 2010 Lunacy was meant to make you jump like Ruben Lenten (Only if you were him!!). We tried it and were very dissapointed as being based near Westward Ho! no one had said it wasn't very good in the waves but more of a flat water board!
The 2011 board has been re designed to work much better in the chop and waves making this one a much better all round board especially good for freestyle and jumping. This is what Slingshot say about the 2011 board:-

What does it all mean? It works! NO, it really works. The board is now half the weight and has some flex in it to iron out the chop and does surf the waves a lot better. It is predomantly still an agressive freestyle board and will do much more than the average mere mortal kitesurfer! The footstraps have been re designed to help stop them working loose, so, all round a stonking board!
