The new Slingshot Glide specialist low wind board is a truly exceptional low wind weapon with virtually no rocker, tiny fins and a surface area almost as much as an aircraft carrier this board will keep you going when all around has stopped especially if flying the Turbine kite!

The Slingshot Glide 2011 has a solid wooden core, improved comfortable foot pads with an easy to adjust velcro strap and graphics on the board to die for. All new Slingshot boards are slightly different with custom graphics so no two boards are exactly the same. The Slingshot Glide board is 149 cm long and an impressive 45.5 cm wide! This board will get you going in virtually no wind with the correct kite. I have been working on getting going in the lowest possible wind and with the 2011 Turbine kite have now got going in 6-8 mph and still managed to pop unhooked back loops (I did change the Glide's fins for bigger for more grip on landing). The Glide board and Turbine kite is a winning combination to not only get you mowing the lawn but having true fun on a marginal day.
