FREE KITE REPAIR certificate

Why? Because we can!

Kitemare Company is gaining a reputation nationally for the kite repairs we do and quality of our workmanship. It is a snowball effect resulting in our repair centre being constantly busy hence in 2010 we doubled the size of our repair workshop and integrating it into the shop. We have completed some of the warranty issues with Slingshot, Airush, Flexifoil, Blade and F-One kites and have seen most kites come back with damage rather than true warranty issues.
This highlighted a massive problem to us with kite sales-you can spend a small fortune on any kite (no matter what brand) and drop it on a rock or give it a wash in 6 foot raging surf and destroy it first session out. The kite is not covered by warranty as it was rider error and not a manufacture fault therefore you are left "Stuck up the creek without a paddle" or even your brand new kite!!

Each repair certificate is supplied with the customers name and kite serial number. Only the original purchaser is entitled to use the certificate on the kite brought.

You may use the certificate as many times as you require up until the point when the kite is deemed to be beyond economical repair. This would be if the damage is so great it could not be put back together (never happened to date) or the kite so worn, if repaired, it would break again (this is only expected on old second hand kites where we still supply a certificate).

The voucher sets the maximum price you will pay to have your kite repaired, this price includes repair materials, labour, return postage to any UK address and VAT. If the repair cost is actually less than the voucher price, you will pay the lower price.

This voucher does not replace any manufacturers warranty but enhance it. If your kite suffered from a warranty issue it would be repaired/replaced under the terms of the manufacturers warranty.

All vouchers are valid for 2 years from the purchase date of your kite!

The repair certificate is designed to offer more than the free repair vouchers we used to supply with new kites. The certificate will offer a longer period of cover and multiple incidents within that period on new and used kites. Any one in possession of a free repair voucher may still use these.
